    Back in 2011 I purchased some music videos from the Xbox Music Store or whatever they called it back then.I didnt need to subscribe to anything and the videos were stored on my hard drive and I was able to view them anytime from my hard drive with opening
    the music store.Well ,the videos are still on my hard drive but apparently MS is holding my purchased content for ransom.Now in order to watch my already purchased videos I have to subscrlbe to Xbox Music at $9.99USD in order to watch them.Is this your idea
    of a sick joke? I buy something and you people think you can take it away from me at your discretion? If this is how you do business no wonder Sony is winning the console war.And before you fanboys start attacking like you always do just think how you would
    feel.I'm thinking about sending this complaint along to the gaming media sites as I'm sure they would be very interested in publishing another negative article.Thanks for nothing MS and it would be nice if I could get a refund.

    14 years ago I ended up in a church talking to a vicar for a while, walked out with this odd woman hanging from my arm, still don't know what happened but she's been with me ever since :-/

    ( If I don't post anymore on these forums you know she's seen this and I'm buried in the garden )

    I have always checked my stuff when it comes to buying from a store. I was in gamestation once and I was buying Resident Evil 5 for a bargain price. I come home, sit down, slap on the good old 360, open my game case and... no game was in the case.



    Lessons learned the hard way eh Microsoft are ripping me off :D

    i would suggest you should contact the Support, because according to the article above purchased Content is not restricted and you should be able to Play your old Videos.

  7. Are you playing them through your system video player? If they are on your hard drive you should be able to play them from there.

  9. ^So is this another MS employee?Are they paying scrubs to attack people who have complaints?Sounds about right..Like I said...the content shows up on my hard drive in the system settings.However it does not show up in the system video player.The only way
    I can see that the videos exist is by opening Xbox music.It shows up in the 'My content' section.There is a play all button but if I push it I go right to the subscription screen where I must pay for a subscription before I can view my stuff.If I refuse all
    I get is 10 second previews of my own purchases.

    i would suggest you should contact the Support, because according to the article above purchased Content is not restricted and you should be able to Play your old Videos (without additional costs)

  11. Thats kind of the reason why I posted here.It is the 360 support section and someone is supposed to be here from 9 to 5 on weekdays to answer questions but I guess MS doesnt understand what customer support is.

    phone or Chat agents would not direct you to the boards if you tried to describe your issue instead of starting with insulting everyone.

    live rewards is handled by 3rd Party because it was created by 3rd Party, MS is only Sponsor as everything happens within their System.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have questions on a repair. With accessory repairs like controllers, most times it is a new controller. With the Elite they may try and fix the one you returned or exchange for new one. One great thing
    about repairs is all things are tracked, so if in the event you do get a different item. Which is very rare, you can always get it taken care of to get what you sent in. As there is nothing more we can do, I will be locking this thread.

    So I just wanted to say I agree with the "guy named Tokir" sadly the refund policies can't be changed for individual customers, but my Borderlands 3 on Xbox One Series X plays just fine. And I've been playing with my friends from Xbox One and Xbox One S
    alike. The glitch or bug you're talking about it a problem from the Game Developer side. Maybe try to report a bug to them and tell them this and they will fix it! Or, you could always try to reinstall the game, as it helped me with the same issue, only for
    other games.

    I'm very terribly sorry for these problems you're experiencing and I hope you'll be roaming the vast wastelands of Borderlands 3 with us soon.
