    Microsoft are forcing us to use a credit card to download free game trailers


    I have tried to download a game trailer from market place on my xbox 360 I am getting a error code 80153048 after doing troubleshooting with customer support they then turn around and told the reason why I can't download a FREE game trailer is because
    I do not have a credit card on my account it is bloody stupid forcing us to use a credit card

    Why is it that if I try downloading anything from xbox.com I need to add a credit card option I can't even download free trailers of the free games for gold from the site its bloody stupid I don't use a credit card for anything

    No I can not download a game trailers from my console without a credit card attached to my account I contactes customer support and they told me the reason I can't download the FREE game trailer is because I don't have a credit card on my account. I will
    not use a credit card online or in store period

    You can use your console store, it won't ask for anything.

    I don't use pay pal I don't see why I have to have a credit card on my account to download FREE stuff FREE is FREE there is no reason why I should have a credit card or pay pal on my account after all the stuff I want to download is FREE. Maybe MS should
    look up the word FREE in a dictornary

    Yes you can buy a 3 month gold card to get the free games for gold.

    You do not need a credit card.

    Be sure to buy a subscription card and not a microsoft credit points card, your microsoft balance can not be used to buy gold time.
