    Microsoft: App fail and cant send messages


    Microsoft (Routers): App fail and cant send messages
    the app i use from google play lets me sign in then it boots me out. I try to access my messages in the web page through my browser and i cant send any messages .this is how i communicate with my 15 year old son so really hope we can get it fixed. Is,the
    site down? Or is it on my end?

    why cant i send messages its a new xbox it just says message failed to send

    Failed to send message or Cant send message right now

    I have xbox live gold but I am unable to send messages to my friends on xbox.

    If anybody could help me fix this it would be great

    Can you go to
    https://www.xbox.com     and sign in with your account.

    Click on your account picture and click on "Messages".

    Are you able to send messages from the Website?

    Also check on
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     if you have a message suspension active on your account.

    I have done what you have posted on Xbox 360 and I can now receive, read and reply to messages on Xbox 360 but I still can’t send messages or read them on Xbox one or Xbox app.

    I have been having the same issue's, i have 2 tips that might help

    ,Try checking for updates in you're android store

    ,some times it's caused by low internet

    In some areas

    If these tips didn't help please make a report about this problem

    Heya!

    Let's see if we can get those messages working once more!

    To start, let's clear the
    console's cache     & then
    re-download profile    . Be sure not remove any profiles just download them.

    Are you able to play online without issue is the message issue the only problem you are running into?

    If you check your account is your
    security info     recently updated? Let's make sure and
    verify the account     as well.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!
