After the connectivety issue was corrected The Social and shop pages did not work correctly, Xbox support could not help. Sent me to Microsoft store support in India. He sent me back to Xbox and told me to post the problem on forum,
Problem Shop will not let me purchase free coins and tickets. Social will
not let me send or receive gifts In-Game Chat quit working message on chat board was
account parameters do not grant you access to chat.
Chat was working fine and I clicked over to the number to make sure I had dubbed all the numbers, Clicked back to chat and there was no chat Just that message The man from Microsoft said to post this after I told him Xbox sent me to him. HE sent
me back to Xbox. I hope some one knows how to fix these problems. Maybe Bill Gates can hire some people who know what they are doing

Same error code many are getting

Many are having problems with error code 0x803F8001 from Microsoft games in Windows 10. I get the error on Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Mahjong, and Microsoft Minesweeper. They all worked fine yesterday. Says "it is currently not available in your account".
I open Xbox and it shows the games available and when I click on the tab to play, I get the error. Is there a server problem that is affecting many users and for specific games? Microsoft Jackpot, Microsoft Bingo and Microsoft Solitaire Collection all seem
to load correctly.

Solitaire Collection still not functioning.

Good Evening Microsoft. Did you discontinue the Microsoft Solitaire Collection?? All that works is Bingo and the Jigsaw Puzzles. Why is everyone having a problem with this? I haven't received an error code or any information about problems with the Solitaire
Collection. All I see as a response is a Message that was posted a year ago and reposted after my first message. This is extremely frustrating when you don't appear concerned that people can't access these games.

I am sorry this has happened to you, unfortunately microsoft solitaire and bingo have always had a special place in games that problems occur on. The best thing to do is to continue to give valuable feed back to the Xbox support team and hope that they can
figure out what is wrong with these dastardly games, trust me I have had my fair share of issues with them as well, Good luck!

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149

Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

Try power cycling your equipment to see if that will help with the internet connection.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
