Microsoft and UPS ,slow boat so don't expect to send or get your unit back expediately

It could be worse. I sent mine back due to vid not working, three months later I get one back. Not even the same one I sent in so why so long if they were just going to repackage a rebuilt unit and send to me? To maker matters, worse the audio on this
unit has not worked correctly since I got it. After my first experience, I decided that it was something I could live with. Don't expect too much from them.

Especially as it seems Sony have built a profit margin into the PS4 this time around so they're not losing money on each unit sold. I also happen to think Microsoft are possibly in the same boat with regards profit, but I'm not sure. So by all means go waste
$3990's on smashing PS4's up. It'll be you who is out of pocket. lol.

If you leave any of the extra bits on the controller you may not get them back. Just send in the main unit so they can send that bit back out.
