Microsoft and Minecraft accounts compromised, password changed, and email changed twice.

Around a month ago my Microsoft account was hacked by someone in China. I am only writing this now because I have been trying for weeks to find away to get the account back. When the account got hacked I received an email telling me the new email that the account was connected to, but when I tried filling out the recovery form with the email the hacker changed it to, it said that an account connected to that email didn't exist, leading me to assume they changed the email twice specifically so Microsoft's account recovery robots wouldn't be able to help the victims. With the hacking I lost almost 10 years of Minecraft data on an account that is very important to me. The Microsoft account I am currently using is under the same email as the compromised account had before it was hacked, so I guess that could count as proof of ownership. I also know the first email that the hacker used on the account if that helps. If a real person at Microsoft support could please help me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Unfortunately the only account recovery option is the one that you have tried without any success. That simply means you account may be lost forever. As disheartening as that sounds, the account recover system cannot be manipulated by any support. I am sorry there is no support that can help otherwise.

If you're unable to do so from your bank, you may have to disable the card you used for it.

I still have an active realms subscription on the account. Is there anyway that can be cancelled or do I have to completely disable the card I used for it?

Hi! Your password or email may have been compromised, I would recommend changing the password to your Microsoft account and email account. Remember to use a password that you haven't used for any other accounts.

Note: In many cases where people believe that their accounts have been stolen, hacked, or compromised, the issue is caused by a login issue.

First, try to change the password that’s associated with your account. For example, a Microsoft account or a Mojang account. Log out of anything that you're logged into (websites, game launcher, etc.), then if you were able to change the password, try to log in with the new password. If you have an old Minecraft account that logs in with a Java profile name instead of an email, you should migrate to the newer Mojang account format. 

If you have a Mojang account, try logging in with a different email address.

If you do not receive password reset emails within a few minutes, or you are sure that your account was compromised, locate your transaction ID or gift code and contact Minecraft Support.
