Microsoft and Minecraft account Hacked and unrecoverable

As of a couple days ago I found out that my microsoft login no longer works. My original login username was just my gmail account, but when I went to go put it in microsoft said it does not recognize a microsoft account with that username. When i tried creating an account using the same username I had been using before, the login page says my login is already associated with two accounts; one account I reconize as my father's, the other account however is something I've ever seen before. The unrecognized email address ends in @rambler.ru, some sort of russian email address. As it might be relevant, my laptop was infected last week with a russian bitcoin miner and I had to send it in to an IT shop for a full reset; this trojan had leaked a lot fo my personal data from my computer and I also had to reset my passwords for my email addresses and other services, so I suspect my microsoft account being hacked may be because of this as well. Because the email address is blurred out with the stars (eg. ti***@rambler.ru), I initially couldn't even try recovering my account through the recovery form. However, I was able to use my GMAIL account (which used to be the USERNAME for my HACKED microsoft account) to look at old emails from the microsoft account team. In gmail, the messages from the account team still used my original username in correspondance. But I was able to open past links sent by them, revealing the new username. Now that I knew the username of what was once my account, I was able to fill out the recovery form and get back in. My name, date of birth, and other information on the account seemed to be fine. I forget exactly what i did once i got back into the account, but I did something to try and remove the foreign russian email account, as well as changed my password. However, microsoft's account system said that I needed to wait an entire month before I could edit any security settings (which in hindsight is utterly ridiculous). So, after changing my password I logged off for the day as I could do nothing else. Today, I recieved an email saying my request to replace security info for the microsoft account was cancelled. On top of that, the password had been changed AGAIN and I could no longer login. AND EVEN MORE THAN THAT, the recovery form no longer works for me; when I foudn out today I couldn't login, I went straight tot he recovery form, put in the same information that got me in last time, and lo and behold, microsoft now sends me an email saying the information provided was not sufficient.

To add insult to injury, my minecraft account is also locked, seeing how I migrated my mojang account to the microsoft system awhile back.

I have emails from the microsoft account team to my gmail address (which again, was the login username for my now hacked microsoft login), but the recovery form has no place to provide this information. My phone number has presumably been removed from the account as I can't use that to login either.

At the end of the day, I did not have anything of much use on the account except my personal information and minecraft account; if I could simply get these protected/secured I wouldn't car about anything else associate with the account.

Please don't send those links to that recovery form and self-help guide, as I've thoroughly gone through both to no avail, I would immensely appreciate some human support during these trying times.
