Microsoft and gportal

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully access your Gportal server. I see your frustration, however, I would remind you that typing out expletives is prohibited in the Xbox Forums Guidelines, even if you have somewhat censored
them with "?".

If Gportal is not recognizing that you made the server purchase, then I would say that getting in contact with their
support team would be the best next thing to do so that you stop going around in circles like this.

I am currently having that same exact problem now with my Conan exiles server. I pay through my xbox subscriptions every month on time cause they are not shy on snatching your doe, but sit on it. Making me work through gportal to figure out why my server is suspended. I don't understand why Microsoft even became the money handler if they weren't going to pay gportal accounts that they are taking money on.

So i went on the gportal app on my xbox console and purchased a rent a server on pixark well it charged me and did not give me the item i requested instead left me out 15 bucks! I went first on gportal contacted them they told me they can not do
anything since i bought it on my console and told me to contact microsoft support to get my refund i did that and still denied. Like i said the new refund system is run by robot/computer not an actual team because i would get an actual response instead of
the same script they send me every time its a load of [Mod removed - see Guidelines] they dont care anymore!!!

Microsoft isn't responsible for servers purchases made in a app. You need to contact Pixark about why your server isn't working. The next responsible party is Gportal. This is why your refund is getting denied.
