Microsoft and browser roblox not working

Hello ive been having trouble with roblox on the browser and microsoft store for the whole time ive had this computer. whenever i try and use the browser roblox it does not open, and when i try and to it from the microsoft store one it makes a noise and just shows the words roblox with a white background, then after a minute it closes and repeats when i try and open it again. ive tried everything and nothing has worked its a problem that has been going on for more 2 months and needs to be fixed, many of people have reported this if you read the ratings on the roblox reviews

It seems like the game Roblox has been experiencing ongoing operational issues. Since it is not a product of Microsoft,

we are not aware of the specific reasons causing your problem. However, you can try creating a new local account to see if you

can play the game on that new account. Additionally, I recommend reaching out to Roblox official support for assistance in resolving this issue.

Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support

thank you, but it is just the app,i can play normally on my apple phone. other microsoft store products do not work properly either and the browser roblox will not work at all too.( I use a windows galaxy 11)

Hi, thanks for your answer, when I said update I meant roblox update, not system update. Regarding the steps you told me, I didn't use Roblox as a browser because it didn't work that well for me, that's why I used Roblox from the microsoft store but Roblox from the browser works, not as expected but thanks I really appreciate it

Please clear cache. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies.

And then try a different browser. if you're using a specific browser, try switching to another one to see if the issue persists.

Kindly use incognito or inprivate browser as well and see if it works.

Next is to check Microsoft Store for updates. Please make sure that your Microsoft Store app is up to date.

You can also use Roblox website in purchasing Roblox Premium.

Kindly give an update on how it works after performing the troubleshooting.

From the Roblox browser there isn't a option to use microsoft giftards. Only from the microsoft store Roblox app, well atleast It was an option, but now It isn't
