    Microsoft address for shipping for replacement Xbox Controller?


    I started the exchange process for my Xbox controller warranty and need to ship it for repair/replacement. I don’t have the shipping address I need to ship my controller. Can someone give me the address please?

    You should receive a prepaid shipping label that has that information for you.

    Yep, now have two controllers with broken left thumbsticks. One was shipped back to MS for replacement and according to FedEx they got it today. BTW, Microsoft XBOX support person didn't even know shipping address. They gave me the wrong address which
    I had to get later corrected mid-transit. It's clearly a design flaw with games like Madden and FIFA being too much for the apparently cheaply designed sticks.

    Has anyone heard anything official from MS about a mitigation for this shoddy controller? Getting them replaced only to break again a little while later isn't a 'fix'.

    Controller stopped connecting at all

    No resolution. Sent the controller back to Microsoft for 8 bucks shipping. Have not received replacement but only shipped on Mon or Tue of last week

    I had the same problem when I went to replace my controller. I just called 1-800-4MY-XBOX, gave them my controller serial number, and I got an email with the address to ship it to and a repair number to write on the box.

    You'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if the controller is available for replacement. There isn't a "repair" option for the controller.

    If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center. No shipping label will be provided.
