microsoft account wont sync after a hard reset of window 8 phone.

for some reason after i did a reset on a window 8 HTC it wont sync my microsoft account. i cant download any new apps or games without it.i even tried creating a new one and the same message comes up, unable to connect to store. now i have data and wifi
everytime i try so i dont understand..

2 didn't unlock in feb for me and too say that the thread is answered is rubbish as I cant reset my phone and certainly not buying a new one.

Add another one today, Risk - 20 wins, earned it this morning and wont sync keep getting connection problem and to check my connection. Leaderboards not loading on any games so certainly a XBOX issued but no doubt will say its our fault.

Sort it asap Microsoft as this is a joke and embarrassing, I certainly wont be buying any more wp games or a new window phone

 

Changing Phone

Age of Empires: Castle Siege will keep the same save file between Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 (and Windows 10, in time), so it is completely based in the cloud and you will be fine switching phones as long as you use the same Microsoft Account. I believe
IRB knows this from personal experience of switching phones.

As for other games, those will totally depend. Games like Microsoft Bingo / Solitaire / Mahjong / Minesweeper all sync your game data to the cloud and it transfers between Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8; Halo: Spartan Assault, for instance, will sync between
Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Other games will all vary.
