Microsoft account won't link to Nintendo Switch for Minecraft

Hi.

I have pasted a response by a moderator in previous post about this problem, hope it helps!

1. Go to your system settings on your switch
   
2. Go to data management tab
   
3. Go to manage save data/screenshots and Videos
   
4. Go to Delete save data
   
5. Delete the Minecraft (NOT NINTENDO SWITCH EDITION) save data for YOUR login. This deleted my worlds that I already had but it was worth it in my opinion. There might be a way to not delete your worlds, but I do not know how.
   

So what this will do is reset your game basically and now you will be able to log into your microsoft account again. It worked for me the second time so if for whatever reason it doesnt work again, you can keep doing this process

Please note that you can only link one PSN/Nintendo account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN/Nintendo account to it.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation/Nintendo account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation/Nintendo account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account that made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation/Nitntendo accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.
