Microsoft account was hacked including my xbox account

So, my Microsoft account was hacked on 1/25/22 they changed my password and the email they removed all my recovery options and the got through my 2-step authentication somehow. i have made multiple account recovery forms I have tried every way I know how. I live in the us and the email the account the email was changed to is in Russa and this is the reason that it should be easy to know its not that person's account as i made the account in the us and have used the account in the us for years. i have email called and done every support option that Microsoft offers, and none have worked the hacker has almost my life's work and thousands of dollars spent on it. if i try to recover the account i get this Microsoft account doesn't exist. so if anyone could help me i would be in debt to you for life.

Hello, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, you can contact Xbox support and request the transfer to the specialized department and request an ATO (Account Takeover), however I believe that with 2FA enabled it will not be possible to recover it.

Hi Jey! I am sorry to hear about what happened.

Unfortunately, Microsoft account and Xbox profile are only one single account. If your Microsoft account was hacked, everything in it including your Xbox stuff is part of it. The only option you could get back to your original account or Xbox profile is to recover the hacked Microsoft account itself.
