    Microsoft Account Take Over


    I was a victim of security breach and someone logged in to my microsoft account and changed the email, so I lost connection to the account. I did not have other alias to connect and if I had (I am not sure) they have removed for sure. I tried to contact support from other Microsoft account but did not managed to find a way.

    What shall I do to regain control, as I have products purchased for this account and now I cannot login.

    In one of the products it revealed me the intruders email which I have it copied. Also I have my credit card on it, which I suppose they cannot use due to bank security with 2FA.

    Please help me regain access. It is not a fair situation...

    Hi zbarnes68, for what i know, you can't merge an account or a subscription from an account to another. And a gamertag too. After, you can just
    buy an Xbox live Gold or Game Pass sub and offer the sub as gift by email to the account of your child. Like that, no card on the account of his mother.
