Microsoft Account suspended

I have had an account suspended that I have used for over 10 years mainly for Xbox. Let me preface by saying it is the Microsoft account that is suspended and affecting my Xbox login. I have submitted the compliance unlock form and waited. And waited. And
waited. Finally get a reply saying my account was recently merged with a Skype account and there was a compromise, sorry have to permanently suspend yoir account now. Wow. No other discussion or anything? Whst is most baffling is i didn't merge accounts and
MS Support by phone has 3 times confirmed it not being merged. It was just a canned response i received.

How is it possible that CDOC, the elusive group responsible for accounts, can fabricate something and lesve someone's account suspended without ant interaction with the client, me?!

Someone must have reported you for wrong doing... i will defo keep contacting them and find a solution

Xbox cant help because it is an MS account issue. It isnt an enforcement issue. Only CDOC who nobody can communicate with can help and wont.

As mentioned, I filled out the compliance lock form and waited, then was instructed by MS support agents to fill it out again several times over. Then told by agents later on another call that i should never fill it out multiple times. I must say, i worked
building and training for call centres, MS has by far the worst support I've ever encountered in my life. No continuity, no ownership, no follow through, and no tools. A compromised account because of Skype should not lead to a permanent suspension of an Xbox
account. Xbox cant help because it is an MS account issue. It isnt an enforcement issue. Only CDOC, who nobody can communicate with, can help and won't. You are at the mercy of a single elusive group who works with no outside influence and total judgment.
I am a long term oaying customer and should be given some benefit of the doubt and, as it mentioned in the firm, a dialogue with them to work together to solve the issue.

Hey my gamertag is and i was recently permenantly banned for cheating on a game where you cannot cheat on console. It is called destiny 2 i believe some people have spam reported me for cheating and i have had so many friends contact microsoft
and beg them to give me my account back they just get the cold shoulder everytime. Im being punished for something i didnt do and i can prove it with witnesses, and evidence. However there were no evidence of me cheating. Soneone on microsoft yesterday said
they would look into and never did. Im being thrown through the wringer right now and want my account back. Please help me

Thanks. Its actually someone who hacked ny Skype account in Malaysia bjt Microsoft just suspended my account to "fix" the issue. They're lazy and dont care aboit their end users, only their bottom line. Havung used their products for 30 years and having
an Xbox account for nearly 20, this incident has put me off their company entirely. Ill be sure to spend my thousands a year elsewhere!
