    Microsoft account set up to play mincraft


    Microsoft account is us set up in a way I can't play realms, this is includes my account as well as child's account. I have used Xbox family app and turned everything to allow but still no luck.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    Hi SimplyWilde, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Can you please check and validate your settings by signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings? If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then ask the organizer account to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot.

    If that still didn't work, are you on Xbox or PC? Because if you're on Xbox you need to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    I have a Xbox Game Pass and for Minecraft the child account has the realm plus 2 users.
