    Hello,

    I am having trouble accessing my Xbox account. I have had this account for an extremely long time, but this is the first time in a while that I have actually had an Xbox to play on. The main problem seems to be my password, as when I enter the last password I remember it says it’s incorrect. Now, my account is locked from too many attempts which is crazy.

    I have tired resetting it, which is even more frustrating because they ask of me to provide all of this information about my account, including cards, names, etc. Which is impossible to provide. I’ve had this account since I was 12, so any emails and cards I used were my parents and they are no longer around.

    Please help... I just want MY account back. Like it is literally mine which makes this all so much more saddening.
