Thanks for replying i just finished talking to the agent and they said its a error on their end and they would inform me when its been resolved

Apparently, you are able to log in, but then you are asked to confirm your identity with the email you registered as a security option on your account.

Do you have access to that email?

Did you receive the code and confirm your identity?

Usually this behavior happens when the account has not been logged in for a long time, or even when there is some unusual activity on the account. This is an automatic security lock, and there is no way around it.

If you no longer have access to the security options that you registered in your account, you will have to use the ACSR form and wait for a decision. The information you fill in must match for them to complete form validation. We don't have any access to the team that validates the form, but I guarantee they do a thorough investigation.

It's very important to keep account security information up-to-date.

Depending on the information you filled in, if it is very different from the real information, they will not even respond. Because there is a minimum criterion that artificial intelligence investigates to send to them.

Try to wait a little longer if you don't receive any placements within 72 hours. I recommend that you open one more request via aka.ms/acsr, however, try to fill in as much information as you have and wait.
