Microsoft account problems on servers

The problem I am experiencing is not related to the bedrock server.

As the problem description states, this problem is about connecting to Microsoft account and is not related to the bedrock_server I am running locally. Problem is the same when trying to login to Microsoft account in general when using the IPAD on the WIFI.

Microsoft is update live status but we hame problem for signing account in x1 And Xbox app in win 10

We can't playing games and join servers why Microsoft doesn't solve problems (This problem is for 1 month ) if Microsoft not solve problam we buy ps4

Microsoft cannot help you with this since your Microsoft account is linked to the PSN account on the Playstation servers, not on Microsoft servers.

Launching games is not the problem, downloading them is

the marketplace client cannot retrieve the purchase history, so none of the games on my microsoft account can be downloaded

i'm not the only person with this problem (there are lots of threads with the same issue) and this is a microsoft (server ?) problem not my hardware or os problem
