Microsoft Account primarly alias was changed and microsoft support has done nothing.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the account alias. It looks like in this case you are not able to add the new alias as the primary to your older account as it has already been linked to an Xbox account.

Unfortunately, you would not be able to change the alias to that of another Microsoft account.

change the primary alias of the account that has your Xbox profile to the intended email address. The account owner can then use the previous email address by adding it as a primary alias to a different Microsoft account. However, If you remove an alias

Sadly, once a Microsoft domain alias has been deleted, it is impossible to get it back or make a new account with the same name. It has been eliminated forever. After they are deleted, aliases are not recycled by Microsoft. This implies that it won't ever again be accessible to you or anybody else as a new account or alias.
