Discus and support Microsoft Account on Xbox counsel companion and minecraft not working. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I was trying to load into my Minecraft but it kept coming up with 'signing in with your Microsoft account'.     Microsoft Account on Xbox counsel companion and minecraft not working.


    I was trying to load into my Minecraft but it kept coming up with 'signing in with your Microsoft account'. I tried going to sign out to sign back in but it wouldn't load. So I tested the internet and it was all good. I also tried going on the counsel companion
    to see if I could fix it there, but it would load either. I also restarted my computer and went on a different device and it worked fine.

    It was working yesterday but now it isn't. Please help.

    Thanks I forgot to mention that this runs with Games For Windows Live, From what I understand GFWL was replaced with the XBOX app now called XBOX Counsel Companion. The version of GFWL is 3.5.95.0.

    Thank you for letting me know. Do you have an Xbox Console Companion installed on your PC? If yes, kindly launch the Xbox Console Companion App and sign in from there using the same Microsoft account. After that qiit and re-launch the Minecraft launcher.

    first check if the minecraft account his using on his phone is the same as his microsoft account or is link to it, then go to a pc with windows 10 and launch the xbox companion app, log in it using his microsoft account and search for his friend there.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Please launch the Xbox console companion on your PC and then sign in on the same Microsoft account that you're using on your Minecraft launcher. If you don't have one installed you can simply search "Xbox Console Companion".

    Once done, quit and re-launch the Minecraft and try launching the Minecraft again.

    I don’t think the issue I’m having is Minecraft’s fault. It’s got to do with the fact that when I login to my Minecraft account through my Microsoft account it signs me into that Microsoft account of other apps such as Xbox and Xbox console companion. That’s what Im having problems with, because I have 2 emails associated with 2 accounts, one being my Minecraft Microsoft account and the other being my Xbox account. This is really frustrating and annoying as whenever I want to open Minecraft whilst I’m using the Xbox app it logs me out of my xbox account and signs me into my Minecraft Microsoft account. Hope I’ve made things clear and I hope they solve this soon
