Microsoft Account on Multiple Nintendo Switches

Hi,

I have 2 sons and both have switches and play minecraft. I have signed the switches into my Microsoft account but they cannot play in the same realm together as it says only one signed in account can be in at one time. I have set them up as kids in the main Microsoft account but you can’t seem to sign into that through the switch? Is there a way of doing it so both switches can be in the same realm? Do I have to set up a second main Microsoft account? That seems crazy….

Sorry,your kids cannot play with the same account at the same time.

the soulution to this is to make a second main account or let your kids take it in to play Minecraft

This is not the first time I've signed into my Microsoft account for minecraft or Nintendo switch. I have tried multiple wifi connections, and the only error code it gives me is error code 500 and says xbox live cannot complete this request. I am able to log into my Microsoft account on the regular Microsoft website, just doesn't work for the website to connect it to my minecraft for nintendo switch

To connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch, please follow these steps:

1. On your Nintendo Switch, go to System Settings > Users > Add User.

2. Create a new user account and select "Sign in using a Microsoft account."

3. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Microsoft account and link it to your Nintendo Switch.

If your Switch says you have purchased Minecraft: Deluxe Edition but you don't have the items it promised, it could be due to a few reasons:

Sync Error: Sometimes the purchases on your Nintendo Switch account may not sync correctly with the game servers. Try logging out of the game and then logging back in.
