Microsoft account needs to split users, help

Purchases and subs will not be lost since you can set the console as the home xbox of your account and every other account logged in to the same console will be able to play the games you own and benefit from any subscription you may have (more info in the
link below). If you make a child account you may want to change some settings to take that into account, but that is up to you. What will not transfer are things like gamerscore or game saves since those are account spedific.

Welcome! (microsoft didnt make this just me.) Post ideas on the board! my idea is: microsoft allows a split screen section in the notfication bars which allows a guest which will be called (like guest users on xbox) or a profile on this pc or a non added account (dosent save account to pc) and logged in accounts have data saved and there would be 2 arrow which would be labeled 1 and 2 3 4 and when you enter a game the split screen game will begin (like split screen games)

There is no way to increase the limit, and depending on local laws there may be further restrictions according to this support page
on account limits. As RandyAU93 noted you would need to do a split payment on the purchase.

The money from a refund request will always be back to the original payment method. So if you split between Microsoft account balance and debit card, the money will return both to the Microsoft account and your bank account, with the respective amounts for each one.

When purchasing a game, you can use points. To change your method of payment, go to the option that lets you change payments (I can't remember what the option was called).

Where did you try to log in? Xbox.com? Is the microsoft account it's asking for a windows Live ID account?

To my understanding, it wont affect the other account (the first account you created on the console).
