microsoft account log in error on website

We understand you are trying to log in to your account, and even on Minecraft. To get a better understanding, we'll have to ask some additional questions.

• Does this only happen on your mobile device?
  
• Have you tried different browsers instead of just chrome? (Edge, Firefox, etc)
  

I've seen something similar, and this may be a possible solution. On your google account, check if you have the option 'Allow less secure apps to access accounts' enabled. If you do, disable it.

You can enable/disable it here: https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps

This option isn't available if you use Google 2-factor authentication.

Microsoft website? Do you see your gamertag appear on the Xbox website after you log in to it? If you do not receive any error messages or error codes after logging in to the websites,

the Microsoft account website and
Xbox account website with your account? Are you using a recently created Microsoft account? There are some instances in which you need to set up your Xbox profile information before using
your Microsoft account on Minecraft for PlayStation 4. You can associated an Xbox profile to your Microsoft account by logging in to the Xbox account website link that we provided with your account. After you log in to the website, go ahead and try playing
