Microsoft Account locked since February 15th

Hi there,

my Microsoft Account has been locked since February 15th and i need it back and i don't know what to do. This Account is 15 years old and basically all i have in my life. I created this Account to get in contact on here.

I downloaded Skype on February 1st to keep in touch with a friend of mine. Every day some unknown people contacted me on Skype and started a conversation with me. Most of them ended when they wanted me to give them money for strange reasons. I sure did not give money to strangers on Skype. I am not this dumb with my 40 years of age.

On February 14th my Skype Account was flooded with new messages. I did not care at all. When i wanted to turn on my xbox that evening i got the message, that my account is locked due to Security reasons. They obviously tried to hack my account. I filled the complaint on the Compliancelock Site and got my account back the next morning. I changed the password and enabled the 2 Step Authorization on my profile. I logged back into Skype and changed my profile to invisible (deleted my profile pic, changed my name, was not able to be found etc.) A few hours later i tried to play xbox again and my account was locked again due to Skype issues. I filled the complaint again and again got my account back 2 or 3 hours later. I realized that those who were trying to hack my account were some of those strangers from Skype. I logged back into Skype again to block all of those strangers to protect my account. While doing that my account got locked again for the third time and is locked since then.

I am filling this complaint on compliancelock 2 or 3 times a day with 3 different contact e-mails. 95% of the time i do not get an answer and if i get an answer it states, that a Skype violation has been found and my account is still locked. The last answer i received was 9 days ago...

What can i do? Talking to xbox support hotline did not help and the chat does not help aswell. I did nothing wrong. I just wanted to protect all i have on my own. There has never been an issue with my account for the last 15 years. I am even in the xbox ambassador program for a few years now. All i want is to enjoy my over 400 bought Video games after a hard day of work.

Can someone please help me?? Or is my account forever gone??
