Microsoft account locked for violation of MSA?

My microsoft account has been locked. No reason given other than saying some activity that violates the Microsoft Service Agreement.

I filled out the form Microsoft requested that I fill out but no response or letting me know what next. Anyone have any ideas on what to do or who to contact beyond filling out the form as this is my primary account. Any thoughts would be great as this is significantly impacting me for obvious reasons? Thank you.

Here is the message on my account:

With regards to your issue, based on my personal experience since I encountered this as well once you fill out the form provided on that same message you received, you should then receive an email within 24-72 hours for the update or status of the form you filled out. It could be sooner or later but I would suggest to check out for the email regarding this.

If you filled out the form already, no need to submit another request as that would only prolong the waiting period. Once you have your account unlocked, I suggest to also fully verify it via https://account.live.com/reputationcheck reason for this is to increase the reputation of your Microsoft account and prevent such things from happening.

Also, make sure to keep your recovery phone and email up to date to secure your account more.

You'll need to create a third Microsoft Account, transfer THIS account to the third MSA, then transfer your account to the desired MSA. You can try the transfer at Settings -> Account -> Account Security -> Change Microsoft Account.

Hey there Bat! If you have an MSA already attached to a Gamertag, you'd have to log into that Gamertag and change the MSA email to something else. This will free up that original MSA to be used on another account. If you need steps for changing MSAs on profiles,

Its when an account violates microsofts terms of service and they don't delete it but make it unusable, so Locked

The Gamertag is assigned to the Microsoft Account (MSA) you used to set up the device. As long as you set up the phone using the same MSA, it will pull in the correct Gamertag. If you used a different MSA this time, you will need to factory reset the phone
and re-do the initial setup in order to change the default MSA on the phone.

(By setting up the phone with an MSA, I am talking about the first MSA you enter, as this becomes the phone's default account, and all other MSAs are just email/calendar accounts.)
