    Hello, 10 days ago i could not get on my account. I tried logging in and it said it was locked a regular lock. I freaked out and think i was hacked. I am not very good with computers so i didnt know what to do. I have been on xbox for over 5 years and this has never happend. I called xbox customer service telling them this and they went in the process of transfering my account to another microsoft account. After waiting for this to happen for 2 days i just tried logging in again just to see if it would work and it did. I was able to get back on and play my games. 1st thing i did was change my password, and It seems my laptop and phone was the cause of the account being locked as it used old passwords to log in every time i booted up my laptop. So i took all onedrive and app stuff off of those devices so that would not happen again. The next day i booted up my xbox and it said there is a problem with my account. I checked on the site and it said i have a Compliance Lock now on the account. I have done the recovery form and it does recover my account but its still locked. I have done the other forms as well and after 11 days i have still have not gotten any answer back from microsoft in emails or anything. I have all my info to prove i am the owner of my account and need help asap PLEASE. I think i may have done this to my slef by mistake and i am not tech skilled with computers I really need help from someone high up in enforcement or account safety PLEASE HELP.

    Hello Mel, I have been through this many times with support agents. They wont be able to provide me with the help I need. I mainly need someone in the compliance lock department specifically to help me. I made this post in hopes that someone who has connections with an employee there can help me fulfill my requests regarding assistance with the compliance lock.
