    Microsoft account linked to the wrong EA account


    Is there any way someone like myself can unlike their xbox account from an EA account that's not theirs? I've been trying for a few days now, contacting customer support (Which is less then helpful) to try to get my xbox account unlinked from some random person's EA account. I recently bought gamepass ultimate as I got a brand new computer, and it turns out I can't even use the EA play due to this. Please help me.

    If you have ever played an EA game on console in the past it would have made you sign up for an EA account, that will be the one that you think is someone else's, the only way to have the unlinked is by EA there is no other way, Microsoft cannot assist with this as it is on EA servers that it is linked.

    I loaded up burnout paradise on console and checked which EA account it was using, not sure if it can still be done.
