Microsoft account linked to nonexistent PSN account?

Every time I try to link my Microsoft account with my PSN account on PS4 Minecraft, it tells me my Microsoft account is already linked to a PSN account. I checked every user on my PS5 device, and none of them were linked to a Microsoft account. How? There is an article on how to unlink a Microsoft account from a PSN account, but I need to do the opposite since I have no clue what PSN account could be linked to my Microsoft account. Microsoft's live chat support didn't help, and I can't find anyone with the exact same problem. I haven't been able to link my accounts for months because of this. Is there any way to unlink the accounts from Microsoft's end instead of Playstation's?

I am sorry to hear that.

Please note that you can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN account to it.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account that made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

You can try clearing your game save data and do the linking process again.

On your PlayStation console, delete the Minecraft local save data, this will enable you to link the account again.

Follow these steps:

On your PS4, Go to Settings > Application Data Management > Saved data in System Storage >

Select Console Storage and select Minecraft > Delete.

Once deleted, launch the game again and do the linking process one more time.

If you logged with that email the first time you wont have issues now to log in, the email domain won't be a problem, as the account it's from Microsoft even if you used an email from a different server

If the problem is that you can't verify the account then you need to contact the email domain owner/support

And now the problem is that this email address isn’t seeming to be recognised as an apple ID and i can’t access my emails to look at the code it gives me.
