Microsoft Account Issue with Xbox

I still need help with this issue.

Following the directions from the page it took me to, my Gamertag was not in the Privacy settings in the account that added me.

Since I was removed and the family group deleted, should they add me back and change my permissions? Would this work?

I have a Microsoft account that I use on my Xbox. However, I cannot manage my Xbox account because it always takes me to this
page when I try to go to
account.xbox.com to manage my account.

It seems to me that it thinks my account is a child’s account, which it was. On accident, someone added me to a family group as a child instead of an adult. The family group has since then been deleted. My account is not a child’s account but for some reason
account.xbox.com thinks it is. Can anyone help me to get mt account back to an adult account?

Hi there. Have you tried contacting the person who added you to the family group as the privacy settings can now only be changed from within that account. Hope you get this sorted.

Your old Xbox Profile is tied to a Microsoft Account, they are the same.

When you create a new one, it will give you a new Xbox Profile, you can't transfer the old one to the new one.

The 30 day stall on reuse of Microsoft Accounts is a Microsoft Account issue, not an Xbox issue.
