Microsoft account has sufficient funds

We have sufficient funds in our account to make purchase on fortnite. It is my sons account so he has to request permission through Family. I say allow but it keeps asking me to add money to permit. We used 2 xbox vouchers to add funds. Any ideas pls?

The microsoft account balance isnt showing uo for me as a payment option since the other day. When i know i have a balance. Probably has to do with thr same issue. Have tou heard anything about this?

Thats *** tho, If theres no money on the card when you have auto renewal turned on, then Microsoft should just leave the account with silver and not charge it? How is that *** fair? Ad how come I cannot pay an outstanding balance with the card that has the
debt if the funds are sufficient?

Make sure the credit card you are attempting to purchase from has sufficient funds to support the transaction.

If not, contact Xbox Customer Support hotline.

Hi there,

The pricing in the Marketplace doesn't include local sales tax. While you have $25 and the pass costs $24.99, you also have to add on the sales tax to the purchase which will exceed the $25.
