    Microsoft account hacked


    my microsoft account got hacked today on may 27th. no longer able to login to my microsoft account. microsoft seems to no longer recognise my email. I know 100 percent it was hacked as my phone number hooked to the account shows an entirely different email ive never seen before. I was hacked while trying to playing minecraft with someone and they made me join a discord server and verify my email i woke up the next day and the account was gone. And when i try yalls recovery plan it woke work as it does not recognized my email anymore. please i would just like my account to be put back under my email and not the stupid hacker. i have a screenshot of the discord messages with the hacker but its not uploading...

    Thanks, but that's the problem, my profile logs in, but offline only. If i try to log into xbox live online, it asks for passwords which no longer work. Password recovery and the form asking for email subjects and contacts is a joke, when I only needed the
    email address for my xbox live profile. I've just made another microsoft account, this time without an xbox live profile, just in case somehow microsoft or xbox can move my profile for me.

    I've rang them before and they just pointed me in the direction of the form and password reset pages :-(
