Microsoft account hacked with no email notification

update : I have tried getting back ownership of the account via microsoft contact with a ticket but they said that it was not enough information to validate that the account is in my brother's ownership , even though i provided every step with the correct info , can someone help me with this issue ?

You should of got login notifications, and even account activity logs on your microsoft account that you're able to submit to them for evidence to prove you were hacked.

You can change the email associated with the account though, Which could help. If you keep getting notifications about people trying to hack your account. I would definitely set up additional security and change the passwords.

If you already created another Microsoft account with the same email as the hacked Microsoft account, the hacked account will not be able to be recovered. You can try to use the recovery form but it will find your new account with the email address, not the old account. I'm really sorry about this, my friend.
