Microsoft Account hacked & Unable to Recover (Using old account for post)

My microsoft account was hacked April 22nd. I mistakenly followed through with a verification bot in discord (Massive Mistake DO NOT DO), and have been trying my very best to recover my account for 2 hours a day goin on a week now. I have a flurry of information about my account that only I would know, as well as receipts of online purchased emailed directly to my my email. The hacker was intelligent enough to completely dissociate my email from the account login, but I managed to learn the full email address of the login email. Using this I have submitted various recovery forms, but all have been unsuccessful. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to save my account, As a loyal Microsoft customer I've spend over $400 with this account, from purchased games, extensions, and even on a Minecraft realm I still pay for and receive receipts for.

Associated minecraft account - proof of ownership through photos, java realm receipts, and screen recordings posted on youtube of the top listed world…

I know lots of information about my account if you need to ask, like old games I've purchased, payment methods (although some I no longer use) My saved payments were cancelled to prevent further loss of economic capital.
