From your description, I understand that your father's account was hacked and set up an Xbox subscription. I understand your confusion about this issue.



Because anyone in this community can access and view the relevant content, the private information of the users involved is blocked and hidden, and due to the rules of the community and our authority, we will not be able to participate in your billing issue.



You can refer to the following link to log in to your father's account and learn how to cancel the Xbox subscription and check the refund eligibility:

Because the entry for canceling the subscription is in your Xbox account, if you cannot gain access to the account, then you will not be able to cancel the subscription directly.



To avoid further losses, if you need to, you can contact your bank and ask them to terminate your bank card payment to Microsoft, so that your subscription will fail to automatically renew in the next month. Then the automatic renewal will also be canceled.

Generally speaking, the bank can help you do this. But if they can't, I'm afraid you need to temporarily transfer the amount in the bank card to trigger the failure of automatic renewal.

To recover a hacked account please go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution

You will need to make a new microsoft account that __isn't the same email as your now stolen account__ as this is the account you'll use to contact support.

On the right click 'Contact Us' and fill in the 'Describe your issue' box to say 'hacked account'. This will give you the option to web chat or phone up support.

Ok I may have misunderstood the initial post. This Xbox account is linked to your Microsoft account or not? Where does the account show up? A couple screen shots would help. If you have been remotely hacked it would be best to prevent the computer from
connecting to the internet. Is this a PC that was purchased new or used?

Quick clarification - Phishing isn't Hacking. Xbox Live hasn't been "hacked" but many accounts have been Phished. It's human error rather than a vulnerability in the system.

You could change your privacy settings to prevent people looking at your dodgy cheevos?
