Microsoft account hacked and stolen.

Hello,

I tried logging into my microsoft account to play minecraft and it says that there is no username with that email address.

When i try to login from the microsoft app(i still got the email address saved there) and it requests for a password i have to options underneath:

-forgot password?

-email code to (and here is an email address with characters hidden and @ro.ru) which is an email address i have never seen and its probably the email address the hacker changed the account to.

i cannot contact anyone from the support because the service is not available or whatever.

i barely found the password to this account and even when i tried to use your forgot password for this section i couldnt get through because i didnt offer all the information you needed and i quote "Us, at Microsoft, take very serious the security and confidentiality of our customers blabla", then how did someone break my account and even change my email address in the beggining?

Please help me recover my account.

my account was just stolen and the person used my 500 microsoft points, a want on to a site called fifa 11 ultimate team then my account was hacked

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

How come is it not possible to get it back?

Microsoft have data bases where they store account information.

I got proof that I used the account, I even have the credit card that I used to purchase games on the account.

Why isn't Microsoft taking responsibility for their lack of security?

It is not even in the slightest my fault for that the account got hacked.

However, if the hacker managed to completely change your account information. I’m afraid to say that it is not possible to get it back.
