    Microsoft account HACKED and Information deleted


    It has been a month since you escalated my case and microsoft has not not done jack! It’s actually rediculous! A month and you cannot kick out the person who hacked my account!! DO NOT write me another ticket! SRX1419444385ID That is the one I want fixed.
    You are sending recovery emails to The HACKER so I can’t do anything! You are sending them to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. STOP! He removed my email which is stkutscheraand I can do anything. Help. Something is messed up with my console ID so when the support agent asks I
    give them what it says and they say that’s wrong. I have also tried the one link that you go to, to answer questions about your account and it just emails back saying that I am not giving enough correct information. I know I am giving right information.

    unm that's why you ask for an unauthorized access case

    It doesnt matter if he changes any information or the recovery email is changed

    You always set the recovery email that you give to support to one you can recover

    The unauthorized access team will always go based on the original info and the most up to date contact info when you file the unauthorized access case

    Microsoft may delete your account if it remains inactive for two years. Did you get any emails about your account information being changed? If it wasn't inactive, it sounds like your account may have been hacked.

    This is a community forum mate, if you need further assistance on this matter, you may need to request a call from Microsoft to see if they can assist you on this one

    Just make sure you have enough proof of ownership

    Hi

    It doesn't work, cause I'm 11 years old and I don't have a credit card and therefor I just get an email saying not enough information.

    !As said I can give the password to my gmail acc if thats needed! and I cant recover it cause the the russian email was added and m one deleted so if I send the code it basicly it sends to that russian dude. PLEASE JUST HELP I dont know what to do. And I just dont want to throw 25 euros into the bin.
