Microsoft account hacked and email changed how can I get it back?

I downloaded some malware while not knowing it was actually malware and when I tried to sign in it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.". So, I believe that someone has changed the email address and password. Does anyone know how I would be able to get it back because right now I am on another email. Edit: It says the email address I used is" is already being used with another Microsoft account. You should sign in with that account." Am guessing the other account is the hackers account.

Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. I can't Log in period. I'm the real user here and im completely blocked from my account because you require a sign in to access a chat service or phone call back. How do I get my account back? Please help?

the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??
