Microsoft account hacked and deleted, how do I recover??

Today I tried to verify my discord and Minecraft account through a discord bot, and it asked for my 6 digit Microsoft login code. I knew something was off but for whatever reason I did it anyway and then Microsoft sent me an email telling me that my passkey had been changed. Afterwards, I went to click on "review recent "activity" however it came up with the red text "We couldn't find a Microsoft account try entering your details again or create an account. I tried to log into office with the same Microsoft account with the same error message coming up. I went to resolve it with the Microsoft sign in helper, but it told me the following:

Account check failed

Sorry, we're experiencing issues checking your account.

Is there ANY way i could recover my account now?

I am so sorry you are having issues recovering your account, this usually indicates a compromised account. Please keep in mind, this is a user forum, we are not Microsoft.

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Once you have found the new form, you can recover the account using the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr]

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.
