Microsoft account got locked and now I cant unlock it!

I'll begin from the start of the events that led to my problem. I downloaded malware from the internet which resulted in my pc getting hacked and of course my passwords being hacked too.

The hacker got my Microsoft account details and probably leaked it somewhere. I reset my password and thought everything will be fine. A few days later I logged into my email to see multiple login attempt emails.

I read a few articles saying that if they don't know your password, no need to worry. But due to multiple unsuccessful attempts, my account got locked.

The only way to unlock my account was to reset the password so I did so. Only to know that the hacker had removed my primary email that was used to make the Microsoft account (whenever a Microsoft email arrives there's an option to "stop receiving emails" he did that).

Luckily I had my account linked to a separate email for recovery purposes. So, I tried resetting the password using that email. The verification codes were successful but as soon as I typed my new password and hit reset an error message was displayed saying "Your session has expired please try again later."

I searched the internet where multiple people said that wait 24 hours and try again. So, I waited 30 hours instead of 24 and tried again but, immediately as I entered my new password and hit reset, the same error message was displayed.

Now, I'm left with a locked account that has my personal data. Moreover, I can't even use my Xbox account and all my games are put to a pause as I have lost access to the account itself.

Tried a few more times (after waiting for more than 24 hours after each reset attempt) and still received the same stupid error message. Tried their online recovery form and filled out as much information as I could. Waited 24 hours and received no reply from the company. Filled the form again but still no reply.

Can't reset the password and can't recover the account.

I've lost all hope.

Any help would be appreciated ASAP!

some guy hacked my account, and got my info and called Microsoft to have them suspend it or Lock it can i get it unlocked

I no longer use game anymore after they locked my account cos i got the password wrong 6 time. Now they want me to ring to unlock it. Can't be asked.
