Microsoft account got hacked, support said they couldnt help me and I had to create a new...

Sadly, when I initially tried to get help from microsoft, they recommended me to create a new account since i couldnt access any support without a microsoft account thus the creation of the new account with the same email.

Im sorry man..Support is useless. I got hacked too 3 months ago, contacted the support 5-6 times. First they told me that i need to wait 48 hours, then they told me that i need to wait up to 7 days, then they told me that i should wait for about 10 days. Its been about one month since my first contact and still nothing.. I think its best to forget about recovery and buy new game.. Because MICROSOFT is a small company they can’t afford proper help at least for now, will check again i about 10 years.

how can i migrate? o.o i live in the netherlands for a year and i had to create a new gamertag and that made me not getting much content to the xbox anymore. because i had alot of games and couldnt play them x.x even my ach which kinda sucks i called the
costumer support a year ago and they said that was better if i created a new account. how do we apply now? even if takes 6 weeks its okay for me i guess

Another heads up, I had another account that had got corrupted and the tech at MS had no idea what the hell he was talking about other then "ahhhhh, just create another account" and so i had to create another account but my previous account still had MS
points and you cant transfer points you have to use them for that account that it was purchased for, they gave me a 1 time sign in to do this so i could go on that account and use the points and DLC then transfer licence over to the new account.......... this
explains why my peacekeeper is stuck in limbo........ i cant get it as its on that account (my previous one) and they are the ones that told me to do it like this. Idiots........... Now how the heck will they fix this........ (my other account got hack, and
had a totally different persons info in there but i had no password to change any of it and i couldnt go live just only log in to here thats how i found it was hacked) i dont really think MS Live has the proper people helping on a tech side of things.
