Microsoft Account getting blocked daily

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I understand how frustrating this can be and I have a few questions before we find a potential solution.

1) Did you notice that this issue only started to begin once you hooked up your second Xbox console?
2) Have you attempted to use the Xbox app on PC/have logged into an Xbox PC app since this issue started?
3) Do you use the same login information for both your Xbox account and your Office 365 account?

In the meantime, please login to Xbox Enforcement | Reputation with your Xbox account. It's possible that your account was recently reported while playing online.

You may also attempt to submit a form to Microsoft-Services Account Reset if you believe your account may be getting suspended for suspicious activity.

I wouldn't anticipate getting your level back unfortunately once reset you're not going to get it back, as for being hacked you need to file a complaint and block communications with the player, but you will have to be patient as Microsoft have a lot of
complaints daily but they will get to you in due course.

So this is new. It says my account has reached the daily callback limit. I'm presuming like I said in the prior message that Microsoft is blocking legit calls. This is appalling especially since I work for a Microsoft partner. Can someone call me at 6*********

Sorry this is happening to you. I would report/block each account. Have your friends do the same thing too!! Its millions of accounts that get reported so they are very busy daily. Please don't be depressed or suicidal due to this person!!!! Don't engage through messages, chat or in game chat with this person!!

Or is there a way to get my purchases refunded? because I purchased like all the season passes for most of the call of dutys and then I get blocked out of my account.
