2. if this had happened they would force a password change on all accounts.

accounts don't just get hacked that easily. have you shared your account, are you game sharing with someone.

change your password to a less easily guessable password, do not share accounts.

difficult to be hacked, unless you gave out info, have a very easy password or gameshared with someone.

To protect your account, you will want to change your Microsoft account password (as well as your email password) to lock out any possible unauthorized users.
