microsoft account dont work for ps4 pls help

Hi guys!

Today I wanted to play minecraft with a xbox friend. I did all the things that microsoft told me, but it stills not working.

Then I went to the support and there was the same question. In the answers there was a link of an FAQ. He said there is help but I didnt found, how I can fix this problem. So I would be happy for help.

Sorry if my english is not correct im from germany.
