"Microsoft account does not exist" (Please help, I need it back ASAP)

My account of 10 years, and thousands of dollars spent on that account, all for nothing. Which really sucks. But thanks for helping for what it's worth.

What ends up happening is, when i click sign in it just goes to the sign in page, I redo my details, then it says the account does not exist

In this case, I believe someone hacked your account and changed your email address and security. I am sorry for this. In this case, your only option is to fill the recovery form. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account. If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand. I do not work for Microsoft and I do not have access to user accounts too.

hello so i also encountered this problem and then i got to know that an unknown account was associated to my email and then i got to know that my email was hacked i tried the recovery form but till then the hacker had changed everything then microsoft said they cant do anything very bad service btw.
