Microsoft Account Broken

My Microsoft account cannot get friends or play on servers in Minecraft. When I set up my account I accidentally made the year on the date of birth 2016. Then I had to make a parent account so I used my second email. Then my second email got hacked, I
deleted it but the Microsoft account is still locked so I can't change my date of birth. Can you please add something so your email gets sent something for you to confirm your new date of birth?

Hi Adam,

Sorry you are having this issue, you can submit an Age verification Form,you
can also submit proof of age.

After submitting this form, you will receive email confirmation and follow up emails. Also will get instructions on how you monitor the status of your request. Please do not fill out multiple requests. You can expect an email response usually
within 3 days.

You can't create a second account on the same Microsoft Account. Either your Microsoft Account was broken or your other account is on a different e-mail.

it could be a broken Microsoft account, I would contact phone support to make sure it's not.

P.S - this is in fact the account. So confused as to why it wouldn't be showing up as gold. How are gamer tags associated with the Microsoft account? Wondering if there's something broken there.

1) Prepare a new Microsoft Account at
http://signup.live.com on an Internet connected computer

2) On the Xbox itself, sign in with your account then go to Settings | Account | -> -> Account Security | Change Microsoft Account

3) Replace the broken email addresse with the new Microsoft Account addresse.
