Microsoft account broken. Cannot play GamePass games & more (0x80070520)

Hi. Something is messed up with my Microsoft account. For example I'm oftentimes asked to agree to the privacy terms when starting up a game multiple times in a row resulting in multiple verification emails. It usually does it two or three times..





Another issue is this message about my credit card expiring soon, even though I have at least a couple of years left on it..




I have also had various other issues not present at the moment..

But the big issue, is I cannot access certain games due to this error message pictured below.. I have reset and repaired the data for the Xbox app and afflicted games, reinstalled the troubled games and deleted account and cache folders under \AC\TokenBroker per what I could find from a Microsoft solution on this thread. Nothing has helped.

Also, I completely reinstalled my OS from scratch a few months ago for another issue and these issues were present before that as well. This is what tells me something is wrong not with my PC but my account..

-I get this when trying to start into certain games. It does not allow me to bypass so I cant access the game... I'm signed in on XBox Live Game Pass app.
