    Microsoft account been hacked and i can't seem to get any help through automated support


    hello if there is any Microsoft worker that responds to this please send me a email at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** but the problem I'm having is that my account was hacked 3 years ago and you guys haven't been able to help me through your automated support so i can't get anywhere i have the Gmail i used for it and i have email for 11/24 from Microsoft on that account regarding the Microsoft store games but when i go to sign in on that Gmail it says there is no Microsoft account for that email but i have proof that it was mine in the email and there was one and i need help to get it out i would appreciate it if someone would email me about the account and i can forward my user name and the emails i have from Microsoft

    Hi there TheGrendl welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. As someone who has been hacked before I understand your support limbo frustration, my best recommendation? Talk to Microsoft Support directly, not Xbox, I talked to a Microsoft agent who helped me every step of the way, even with the Recovery Team, gather as much evidence as you can (it seems you already have, that's good) and the most important thing is patience, my case took up around 2 months unfortunately but hey! I got my account back.
    Except that I can't talk to a support agent and I have a similar issue. Some brazillian (which I know because he tried to get into my strato email and strato compared to microsoft was smart enough not to let them in) hacked it and is using it to charge my paypal and I've gotten at least five account recovery rejections from the automated recovery system.

    All the help articles are 'use the automated recovery system' or 'check your account'.

    The latter I can't do because the password and recovery email were changed by the hacker.

    And the machine is the only one I can talk with because "contact your office 365 admin, who can talk to a proper support agency for you. Only admins can contact Microsoft support."

    Yes thats whay your automated message says on your so called "online support". In reality in my research there are countless incidents where a person has their account hacked and Microsoft does absolutely nothing about it. Why does such an enormous company not want to help their customers how their customers want to be helped? Get rid of the automated **** and go back to real people. I had this happen when I had an xbox 360 many years ago. I called the support number and in about an hour they got my account back. Your steps are trash and once I find out that the automated **** wont give me my account back I'll never buy this microsoft trash again.

    Hello again, you have to log in with your account first, if you can't get through the "Conctact Us" button, click in Try our virtual agent Get fast automated support, 24/7, after going through the virtual agent will be attended by a person who can help you.

    Thank you for responding, unfortunately, I have tried to contact Xbox customer support and there is no way to talk to a live person either on the phone or through online chat. When the numbers to contact Microsoft support are called an automated menu ultimately directs the caller to the online support page where there are no phone numbers or any way to get ahold of Xbox support.

    There is an automated virtual assistant that recommends trying to use the account recovery form which apparently due to the two-step authentication won't work. I looked for other answers through the virtual assistant but this was the only solution it provided for my problem. Honestly, if I could have talked to a person about this instead of getting stuck in this loop I'm pretty sure this would have been fixed I wouldn't be on here asking the community for help.

    This is what I get. I can't verify enough information. The email address was changed by someone else, I have no way of knowing the password.
