    Hi there,

    as far as I know it's impossible to transfer account balance from one region to another. Any balance needs to be used in it's specific country region.

    First, make sure that the Microsoft balance is visible on your payment methods by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments. Once confirmed, make sure that it's the currency for your physical region.

    Usually, if the Microsoft balance is not showing up as a payment method is because the Microsoft Store region that we're using is different from the Microsoft balance on file. Please note that the physical location, Microsoft store region, payment method, billing address, and account region need to match.

    You should be able to use your Microsoft balance to buy games and other content on your Xbox One. However, there are some possible reasons why you might not see the option to use your balance, such as:



    - Your Microsoft balance is not enough to cover the full cost of the item you want to buy, and you don't have a backup payment method set up.

    - Your Microsoft balance is in a different currency than the one used in the Xbox Store for your region.

    - Your Microsoft balance has expired or is about to expire. Microsoft balances usually expire after one year of inactivity.

    To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
    - Check your Microsoft balance and expiration date on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments
    -     Check your Microsoft billing address and make sure it is set to the same region as your Microsoft balance. You can do this by going to Microsoft account | Address book
    - Make sure your Xbox One console is set to the same region as your Microsoft account and balance. You can change your console region by going to Settings > System > Language & location.
