    Hi

    this morning I redeemed a code to my Microsoft account. but when I try to purchase from Forza horizon 5 it shows the pervious balance. I checked my credit it shows the right amount of 23 $ while the account in forza only shows 8 $.

    Microsoft account balance credit not syncing with forza horizon 5.

    I tried everything form removing my account form the Xbox. power Recyling and even cleaning the cash on the Xbox.

    You would need to pay off the balance with a credit card or Paypal. Overdue balances cannot be paid with your Microsoft account balance.

    I'm glad to know that the problem only occurs when you try to buy on Xbox, but the page works correctly, is that correct?

    Have you tried logging out of your Xbox account and logging back in? Sometimes you have to do this so that everything synchronizes again without any errors. Try this and let me know if it works for you.

    I successfully purchased from a browser on my laptop yesterday. But when trying to purchase the game on my Xbox, it still displays the old amount.

    Also, are you trying to make the purchase with your Microsoft account balance or credit card/Paypal? The system is not set up to work with the Microsoft account balance for backwards compatible content.
